Required Travel Desk Coordinator for PI Advisory Private Ltd., Kuwait

To offer a complete and professional Travel Service to the Company that allow the:
Employees to manage business travel in efficient and cost effective way.
Timely reply and top suitable, hotel options /convenient travel.
Administration to keep high quality and correct data.
Collect updated and most recent travel news.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handling business travel requests by providing with the suitable, reasonable flight and hotel / lodging options.
  • Supporting in visa formalities
  • Processing Travel Advance
  • Travel Data Management every day update of data, completion of business travel form and filing
  • handling vendor’s invoices.
  • Communicating and put into action travel policy to employees as necessary.
  • Interface with accounts- timely demand to accounts department on travel advances and dealer invoices
  • information of IATA rules and city and airport codes
  • information of visa procedures and on arrival visa rules
